Daisy Diamond

These works are studies and material experiments. They inform the work that I continue to do, but at present I like thinking of them as "unfinished" or leading to new places, rather than completed works that stand on their own. Their status as "sketches" does not mean that I value them less, or invested less into them! Some of these, like the steel head from 2024 or the woven vine from 2023, unfolded over dozens of hours. Some were quick. It's nice to share this work, without categorizing them as ideas in their most final or thoroughly researched form.
